本《D5 隐私政策》（“本政策”）适用于您在中华人民共和国境内使用由南京维伍网络科技有限公司、江苏维伍喔飞信息科技有限公司、南京五视界网络科技有限公司及其关联方（统称“D5”或“我们”）提供的产品与服务，包括但不限于 D5 Render 软件及其客户端、插件、D5 Launcher、D5 官方网站、D5 用户账号系统、D5素材库、D5产品相关的AI 功能、云端计算、技术支持服务及其他线上或本地软件服务。

This D5 Privacy Policy (this "Policy") applies to your use, within the territory of the People's Republic of China, of the products and services provided by Nanjing Weiwu Network Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Weiwu Wofei Information Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Wushijie Network Technology Co., Ltd., and their affiliates (collectively, "D5," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the D5 Render software and its clients, plugins, D5 Launcher, D5 official websites, the D5 user account system, D5 Asset Library, AI features related to D5 products, cloud computing, technical support services, and other online or local software services.

如某一具体产品或功能另有单独的隐私说明或补充规则的，该等说明或规则将与本政策共同适用；如存在不一致，以该专项说明或规则为准。

When you use our products or services, we may recommend that you register for a D5 ID so that you can make full use of our products, services, and all related features. You may need to provide certain personal data, including your email address, contact mobile phone number, profile picture selected or uploaded by you, password, and nickname, in order to ensure account identification and communication needs. If you choose to log in through SSO, we may verify your account hosted on third-party service platforms such as Microsoft, and such platforms will return the corresponding verification results to us. We collect the above information to help you complete the registration and login of your D5 account and to protect the security of your account. If you do not provide such information, we will be unable to create an account for you or properly provide services to you.

If you are an enterprise account user, when you register a D5 account, you may need to provide us with your email address, name, and the contact name and mobile phone number of the permission administrator account. We collect the above information to help you complete the registration or activation of your D5 account and to protect the security of your account. If you do not provide such information, we will be unable to create an account for you or properly provide services to you.

If you are an Enterprise or Teams account user, when you contact us to inquire about Teams or Enterprise services, you may provide certain personal data, including your name, telephone number, email address, company and position, location, including country or region, industry, inquiry content, and other information you choose to provide. When you, as the permission administrator of Enterprise or Teams software, apply to activate sub-accounts under a D5 account, you may need to provide us with information such as your email address and mobile phone number. We collect the above information to help you complete the activation of sub-accounts under a D5 Enterprise or Teams account and to protect the security of your account. If you do not provide such information, we will be unable to create sub-accounts for you or properly provide services to you.

提请您注意，D5渲染器和D5 启动器、D5 Lite等D5产品体系内的账户采用同一账户体系，如您成功注册D5账户，您即可利用该等账户登录使用D5产品体系内的其他产品。

Please note that D5 Render, D5 Launcher, D5 Lite, and other products within the D5 product ecosystem use the same account system. Once you have successfully registered a D5 account, you may use that account to log in to and use other products within the D5 product ecosystem.

在登录D5产品后，您可以在个人设置页面完善或修改您的安全信息，我们需要收集您的登录密码、手机号码、短信验证码、绑定的邮箱或微信（如使用微信登录）。我们收集您的上述信息是为了保护您的账号安全，如果您不愿意提供上述信息，不会影响您使用D5产品的基本功能。

After logging in to D5 products, you may complete or modify your security information on the personal settings page. We need to collect your login password, mobile phone number, SMS verification code, bound email address, or WeChat account if you use WeChat login. We collect the above information to protect the security of your account. If you do not wish to provide such information, this will not affect your use of the basic functions of D5 products.

此外，您可以在个人设置页面完善您的基础资料，自主选择填写或勾选您的基本信息（包括昵称、头像）、个性化信息，如行业领域（包括建筑、景观、室内、庭院、舞台、宴会、展厅、照明、广告、影视、游戏、城市规划或其他）、常用的工作流（包括SketchUp、Revit、3ds Max、ArchiCAD、Rhino、Blender、Cinema 4D、Vectorworks或其他）、从业年限、职业角色、所在公司/组织名称，常用渲染器名称等信息。我们收集您的上述信息是为了了解您的行业定位和需求，您的上述个人信息将有助于我们为您提供更为精准的服务和更优的产品体验，如果您不愿意提供上述补充信息，不会影响您使用D5产品的基本功能。

In addition, you may complete your basic profile on the personal settings page and independently choose to fill in or select your basic information, including nickname and profile picture, and personalized information, such as industry field, including architecture, landscape, interior design, courtyard, stage, banquet, exhibition hall, lighting, advertising, film and television, gaming, urban planning, or others; commonly used workflows, including SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Blender, Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, or others; years of experience; professional role; name of your company or organization; commonly used renderer name; and other information. We collect the above information to understand your industry positioning and needs. Such personal information will help us provide you with more accurate services and a better product experience. If you do not wish to provide the above supplemental information, this will not affect your use of the basic functions of D5 products.

3.资料认证

当您在账号设置中进行学生认证时，我们可能需要收集您的真实姓名、学校名称、专业名称、学籍证明或选择接入第三方服务商进行验证并由第三方服务商收集到您的上述信息并向我们返回验证结果。我们收集上述信息是为了验证您的学生身份，以便于为您提供学生优惠权益。如您不同意我们收集上述信息，您将无法完成学生认证和享受在校期间的专属权益，但不影响您正常使用D5产品的其他业务功能。

When you complete student verification in your account settings, we may need to collect your real name, school name, major, student status certificate, or choose to access a third-party service provider for verification, in which case the third-party service provider will collect the above information and return the verification result to us. We collect the above information to verify your student identity so that we may provide you with student discounts and benefits. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you will be unable to complete student verification or enjoy exclusive benefits during your period of enrollment, but this will not affect your normal use of other business functions of D5 products.

4.团队席位管理

当您是企业版或团队版用户，并使用团队席位管理功能时，我们需要收集您组织成员的昵称、头像、手机号、邮箱、所属部门、账号启用和结束时间、网络行为轨迹（如点击次数、使用次数），如您不同意我们收集上述信息，您可能无法使用团队席位管理功能，但不影响您正常使用D5产品的其他业务功能。您也可以自主选择设置您所在公司的名称和头像，您自主选择设置的，我们将会收集到相应的信息。

If you are an Enterprise or Teams user and use the team seat management function, we need to collect the nickname, profile picture, mobile phone number, email address, department, account activation and end time, and online behavioral activity records, such as number of clicks and usage frequency, of your organization members. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you may be unable to use the team seat management function, but this will not affect your normal use of other business functions of D5 products. You may also independently choose to set the name and profile picture of your company. If you choose to do so, we will collect the corresponding information.

当您在论坛（即“D5 Render 论坛”）发布内容时，您可能会提供某些个人数据，包括文本、图片、视频、上传的程序、日志及数据集/文件。

When you publish content on the forum, namely the "D5 Render Forum," you may provide certain personal data, including text, images, videos, uploaded programs, logs, and datasets or files.

If you do not agree to provide the above information, the infringement notice may not constitute a valid infringement notice, which may result in the failure of your complaint, but this will not affect your normal use of other business functions of D5 products.

在您通过我们的反馈系统向我们提出咨询、投诉、建议或进行反馈时，为便于与您联系、尽快帮助您解决问题或记录相关问题的处理方案及结果，我们需要收集您与我们的对话记录、您提供的账号信息、您提供的联系方式信息、您为了证明相关事实提供的信息（如问题描述、附件）。我们收集上述信息是为了完成客户服务，如您不提供这类信息，您的投诉、建议和反馈可能无法得到及时、有效处理，但不影响您正常使用我们的其他服务。

When you make inquiries, complaints, suggestions, or feedback through our feedback system, in order to contact you, help you resolve issues as soon as possible, or record the handling plan and results of relevant issues, we need to collect records of your conversations with us, account information provided by you, contact information provided by you, and information you provide to prove relevant facts, such as issue descriptions and attachments. We collect the above information to provide customer service. If you do not provide such information, your complaints, suggestions, and feedback may not be processed in a timely or effective manner, but this will not affect your normal use of our other services.

当您使用AI功能（如AI 增强、AI生成3D模型、AI生成2D图像、Text to 3D、Image to 3D、AI问答或我们后续推出的其他AI功能）功能时，我们需要收集您上传的图片信息、文本提示词、图片、模型文件、场景文件、材质/贴图、您选择并填写的关键词（如风格模型、描述画面、创作模式）、生成参数、任务状态、错误日志、输入内容、输出内容及为实现相关AI处理所必需的技术信息，并可能需要传输至D5委托的第三方AI服务提供商进行处理。我们收集及传输上述信息是为了向您提供相应AI功能、生成或优化相关结果、进行必要的安全审核、故障排查、性能监控、质量保证及法律合规处理，如您不同意我们收集上述信息，您可能无法使用我们向您提供的AI图片生成服务，但不影响您正常使用D5产品的其他业务功能。

When you use AI features, such as AI Enhancer, AI-generated 3D models, AI-generated 2D images, Text to 3D, Image to 3D, AI Q&A, or other AI features that we may launch in the future, we need to collect the image information you upload, text prompts, images, model files, scene files, materials/textures, keywords you select and fill in, such as style model, image description, and creation mode, generation parameters, task status, error logs, input content, output content, and technical information necessary to implement the relevant AI processing, and may need to transmit such information to third-party AI service providers entrusted by D5 for processing. We collect and transmit the above information to provide you with the corresponding AI features, generate or optimize relevant results, and carry out necessary security review, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and legal compliance processing. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you may be unable to use the AI image generation services we provide, but this will not affect your normal use of other business functions of D5 products.

该等第三方服务提供商仅在D5的委托和指示范围内处理您的内容，且受到以下约束：

Such third-party service providers process your content only within the scope of D5's entrustment and instructions and are subject to the following restrictions:

（1）不会将您的输入内容或输出内容用于训练、改进其自有的通用机器学习模型或用于任何独立目的；

(1) they will not use your input content or output content to train or improve their own general-purpose machine learning models or for any independent purpose;

（2）仅在提供所请求的AI功能所必需的范围内处理您的内容；

(2) they will process your content only to the extent necessary to provide the requested AI features; and

（3）受到D5与其签署的数据处理协议或相当保护水平的合同条款的约束。

(3) they are bound by data processing agreements signed with D5 or contractual terms providing an equivalent level of protection.

请您理解，我们向您提供的功能和服务是不断更新和发展的，如果某一功能或服务未在前述说明中且收集了您的信息，我们会通过页面提示、网站公告等方式另行向您说明信息收集的内容、范围和目的，以征得您的同意。

Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are continuously updated and developed. If a particular function or service is not covered in the above description but collects your information, we will separately inform you of the content, scope, and purpose of such information collection through page prompts, website announcements, or other means, and obtain your consent.

当您使用AI问答功能时，我们需要收集并分析您提出的问题关键词。我们收集上述信息是为了通过AI问答帮助您解决关于D5使用相关的问题，如您不同意我们收集上述信息，您可能无法使用我们向您提供的AI问答服务，但不影响您正常使用D5产品的其他业务功能。

When you use the AI Q&A feature, we need to collect and analyze the keywords of the questions you submit. We collect the above information to help you resolve questions related to the use of D5 through AI Q&A. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you may be unable to use the AI Q&A service we provide, but this will not affect your normal use of other business functions of D5 products.

When you install our products, the system will automatically assign a device ID. When you log in to your D5 ID, the system will assign a user ID. If you log in from multiple devices, we will use information such as device ID and user ID to identify cross-device activities, so as to provide you with a seamless login experience and protect account security. To ensure the security of our services, we need to collect your unique device identifier, IP address, access date and time, and service log information. We collect the above information to ensure the secure operation of the application. If you do not provide such information, we will be unable to guarantee the security of the application during your use.

当您在D5产品进行支付结算时，我们需要收集您的 订单信息、交易状态，我们会从微信支付、支付宝、付款银行获取您的部分用户信息（如名称、银行卡的卡类型和卡号、微信的 OpenID 、支付宝的付款用户 ID）以及付款是否成功的信息，我们收集上述信息是为了确认您的订单状态以向您提供服务，保护您的财产安全以及处理用户纠纷，如您不同意我们收集上述信息，您可能因无法完成支付结算而无法购买增值服务（如会员服务等），但不影响您正常使用D5产品的其他业务功能。

When you make payment and settlement through D5 products, we need to collect your order information and transaction status. We will obtain certain user information from WeChat Pay, Alipay, or the payment bank, such as your name, bank card type and card number, WeChat OpenID, and Alipay payment user ID, as well as information on whether the payment was successful. We collect the above information to confirm the status of your order, provide services to you, protect the security of your property, and handle user disputes. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you may be unable to complete payment and settlement and therefore may be unable to purchase value-added services, such as membership services, but this will not affect your normal use of other business functions of D5 products.

6.经验、积分或能力认证

当您参加活动时，我们需要收集您参加活动的记录、获得的经验和积分、权益兑换记录、网络行为轨迹（如点击位置、点击时间），我们收集上述信息是为了协助您获得免费或优惠服务。如您不同意我们收集上述信息，您可能无法获得并使用经验或积分，但不影响您正常使用D5产品的其他业务功能。对于特定活动，如谷粒系统，当您的谷粒积攒到一定数量时，可以在谷粒系统中兑换部分实物奖品，此时，为向您寄送实物奖品，我们需要收集您的收件人名称、收件地址及联系电话，如果您不同意我们收集上述信息，您可能无法收到我们寄送的实物奖品。

When you participate in activities, we need to collect records of your participation, experience points and credits obtained, benefits redemption records, and online behavioral activity records, such as click location and click time. We collect the above information to help you obtain free or discounted services. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you may be unable to obtain or use experience points or credits, but this will not affect your normal use of other business functions of D5 products. For certain activities, such as the Guli system, when you accumulate a certain number of Guli points, you may redeem certain physical prizes through the Guli system. In such case, in order to deliver physical prizes to you, we need to collect the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact phone number. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you may be unable to receive the physical prizes we send.

当您使用能力认证或认证中心时，我们需要收集您的设计师能力等级名称、考核任务完成情况、考核方案提交情况、获得的认证情况、获得的证书记录，我们收集上述信息是为了协助您获得认证并吸引更多客户。如您不同意我们收集上述信息，您可能无法完成能力认证，但不影响您正常使用D5产品的其他业务功能。

When you use capability certification or the certification center, we need to collect the name of your designer capability level, completion status of assessment tasks, submission status of assessment plans, certifications obtained, and certificate records obtained. We collect the above information to help you obtain certification and attract more customers. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you may be unable to complete capability certification, but this will not affect your normal use of other business functions of D5 products.

（三）我们从第三方获取的个人信息

(III) Personal Information We Obtain from Third Parties

当您用第三方账户注册和登录D5产品时，我们可能会从第三方收集您的第三方账户的头像、昵称以及第三方开放平台用户的标识（微信的用户标识为OpenID）。我们收集您的上述信息是为了帮助您完成D5账户的注册，保护您的账户安全，如您不提供这类信息，我们将无法通过该等第三方为您创建账户并正常向您提供服务。在您使用第三方帐号注册或登录后，您的第三方帐号将会与D5产品帐号进行绑定，但您可以取消帐号绑定。

When you register for or log in to D5 products using a third-party account, we may collect from the third party your third-party account profile picture, nickname, and user identifier on the third-party open platform, with the user identifier for WeChat being OpenID. We collect the above information to help you complete the registration of your D5 account and protect the security of your account. If you do not provide such information, we will be unable to create an account for you through such third party or properly provide services to you. After you register or log in using a third-party account, your third-party account will be bound to your D5 product account, but you may unlink the account.

In certain scenarios, we may contact or communicate with you through instant messaging and interaction platforms such as WeCom, Heli Yijie, and Sunlogin. For the purposes of providing customer support, after-sales services, business inquiries, or related communications, we may, through the WeCom platform and relevant interfaces provided by it, obtain basic information of your WeCom account, such as nickname, profile picture, and user identifier, and associate such information with your account information in D5 products to the extent necessary, in order to identify your user identity and provide corresponding services. With your consent, we may remotely access your device through software such as Sunlogin and provide corresponding after-sales services, customer support, and other services.

我们仅在实现前述服务目的所必需的范围内处理上述信息，不会超出合理范围进行使用。如涉及向您发送营销或推广类信息的，我们将按照适用法律法规的要求取得您的相应授权或提供便捷的拒绝方式。

We will not use your AI interaction dialogue information, AI input content, or AI output content to train or optimize any general-purpose machine learning model, foundation model, or third-party proprietary model outside D5. Unless we obtain your explicit authorization or as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will not allow service providers that provide underlying AI capabilities to D5 to use your AI input content or AI output content for training their own models, training foundation models, marketing, advertising, public display, resale, or any independent purpose unrelated to D5 services. If we subsequently use your dialogue information, AI input content, or AI output content for AI model training in order to improve the AI model's ability to understand and respond to your input content, we will obtain your authorization and ensure your right to opt out at any time.

To provide you with AI-related features, we may, to the extent necessary, entrust third-party artificial intelligence, cloud computing, storage, security, or content processing service providers to process the AI input content, AI output content, and related technical information submitted by you. Such service providers may process the relevant information only based on our entrustment, instructions, and necessary purposes, and shall not use the relevant information for training their own models, training foundation models, marketing, advertising, public display, resale, or any independent purpose unrelated to D5 services. When you use D5 services in Mainland China, we will store and protect the personal information we collect and process in accordance with law. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or separately and expressly agreed by you, personal information generated from your use of D5 services in the Mainland China environment will, in principle, be stored on servers located within China, in order to comply with China's requirements regarding data localization and personal information protection.
