欢迎您使用 D5 系列插件。本《D5 插件许可与服务协议》（“本协议”）适用于您下载、安装、访问或使用 D5 提供的插件、扩展组件、附加组件、同步工具、嵌入式可视化工具或其他类似软件组件（统称“D5 插件”）。

Welcome to the D5 plugin suite. This D5 Plugin License and Service Agreement (this "Agreement") applies to your download, installation, access to, or use of plugins, extensions, add-ons, synchronization tools, embedded visualization tools, or other similar software components provided by D5 (collectively, "D5 Plugins").

为便于理解，本协议项下的 D5 插件包括以下类型：

For ease of understanding, the D5 Plugins under this Agreement include the following types:

（1）实时同步插件:指用于连接、同步或联动 SketchUp、3ds Max、Revit、Rhino、Archicad、Blender、Vectorworks、Cinema 4D/C4D 等第三方建模、设计、动画或内容创作软件与 D5 渲染器或其他 D5 产品的 D5 LiveSync、D5 Sync 或类似插件;

(1) Real-time synchronization plugins: D5 LiveSync, D5 Sync, or similar plugins used to connect, synchronize, or interoperate third-party modeling, design, animation, or content creation software, including SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, Archicad, Blender, Vectorworks, and Cinema 4D/C4D, with D5 Render or other D5 products;

（2）D5 Lite：指嵌入第三方建模软件中运行，用于实时可视化、AI 辅助视觉表达、项目同步或相关功能调用的 D5 Lite 插件型产品。

(2) D5 Lite: the plugin-type D5 Lite product embedded in and operated within third-party modeling software, which is used for real-time visualization, AI-assisted visual expression, project synchronization, or related function calls.

D5 插件中，仅 D5 Lite 及 D5 另行明确说明的其他插件型产品包含或可调用 AI 功能；实时同步插件本身不包含 AI 生成功能。本协议中凡涉及 AI 功能、提示词、AI 输入内容、AI 输出内容或 AI 生成、调整视觉结果的条款，仅适用于前述含 AI 功能的插件型产品。您使用相关 AI 功能的，还应同时遵守《D5 渲染器用户协议》中关于 AI 功能、输入内容、输出内容、内容处理、第三方服务提供商处理、准确性与依赖责任等约定；如有冲突，依本协议第十一条处理。

Among D5 Plugins, only D5 Lite and other plugin-type products separately and expressly indicated by D5 contain or may call AI features; real-time synchronization plugins themselves do not contain AI generative features. Any provisions in this Agreement relating to AI features, prompts, AI input content, AI output content, or AI-generated or AI-adjusted visual results apply only to the foregoing plugin-type products that include AI features. If you use relevant AI features, you must also comply with the provisions on AI features, input content, output content, content processing, processing by third-party service providers, accuracy, and reliance liability under the D5 Render Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, Article 11 of this Agreement shall apply.

请您在下载、安装或使用 D5 插件前仔细阅读并充分理解本协议。如您点击“同意”，或开始下载、安装、复制、访问、运行或使用 D5 插件，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议、《D5 服务通用条款》《D5 渲染器用户协议》以及其他适用专项条款的约束；如您不同意，请勿下载、安装或使用 D5 插件。

Please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before downloading, installing, or using any D5 Plugin. By clicking "Agree" or by starting to download, install, copy, access, run, or use any D5 Plugin, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, the D5 General Terms of Service, the D5 Render Terms of Service, and other applicable special terms. If you do not agree, please do not download, install, or use any D5 Plugin.

一、插件性质与适用范围

I. Nature of Plugins and Scope of Application

1. D5 插件系由 D5 提供的功能性软件组件，主要用于在支持的第三方软件环境中实现第三方建模、设计、动画或内容创作软件与 D5 渲染器或其他 D5 产品之间的数据同步、模型联动、场景更新、材质或对象信息传输、实时可视化、AI 辅助设计表达及相关功能调用。

1. D5 Plugins are functional software components provided by D5, primarily used to enable data synchronization, model interoperation, scene updates, transmission of material or object information, real-time visualization, AI-assisted design expression, and related function calls between third-party modeling, design, animation, or content creation software and D5 Render or other D5 products within supported third-party software environments.

2. D5 插件可能根据其具体产品形态提供不同功能。实时同步插件主要用于实现第三方软件与 D5 渲染器之间的实时同步、模型联动、场景更新或数据传输。D5 Lite 则可能直接嵌入第三方建模软件中运行，用于在建模环境内提供实时可视化、AI 辅助视觉表达、设计方案探索、项目版本管理、与 D5 渲染器或其他 D5 产品同步等功能。具体功能、支持的软件版本、系统要求、订阅权益及使用限制，以 D5 官网、产品页面、产品内提示或 D5 另行公布的说明为准。

2. D5 Plugins may provide different functions depending on their specific product form. Real-time synchronization plugins are mainly used to enable real-time synchronization, model interoperation, scene updates, or data transmission between third-party software and D5 Render. D5 Lite may be directly embedded in and operated within third-party modeling software to provide functions such as real-time visualization, AI-assisted visual expression, design proposal exploration, project version management, and synchronization with D5 Render or other D5 products within the modeling environment. The specific functions, supported software versions, system requirements, subscription entitlements, and usage restrictions shall be subject to D5's official website, product pages, in-product notices, or other descriptions separately published by D5.

3. D5 插件并非任何第三方软件的官方组成部分，亦不构成对任何第三方软件的替代、修改、再发布或再许可。第三方软件及其名称、商标、标识、接口、文档、软件代码、技术资料及相关权利均归其各自权利人所有。

3. D5 Plugins are not official components of any third-party software, nor do they constitute any substitute, modification, redistribution, or sublicense of any third-party software. Third-party software and its names, trademarks, logos, interfaces, documentation, software code, technical materials, and related rights are owned by their respective rights holders.

4. 除非 D5 另有明确说明，D5 插件的提供并不表示 D5 与相关第三方软件厂商、平台方或权利人之间存在授权、认证、代理、合作、背书或其他类似关系。

4. Unless otherwise expressly stated by D5, the provision of D5 Plugins does not indicate that there is any authorization, certification, agency, cooperation, endorsement, or other similar relationship between D5 and the relevant third-party software vendors, platform operators, or rights holders.

5. 本协议仅适用于 D5 插件的下载、安装、运行、更新、使用，以及 D5 插件与第三方软件、D5 渲染器或其他 D5 产品之间的交互、同步和调用事项。本协议不替代您就 D5 渲染器、D5 Works、D5 账户、订阅服务或其他 D5 产品和服务所应遵守的相应条款。

5. This Agreement applies only to the download, installation, operation, update, and use of D5 Plugins, as well as the interaction, synchronization, and function calls between D5 Plugins and third-party software, D5 Render, or other D5 products. This Agreement does not replace the corresponding terms that you are required to comply with in relation to D5 Render, D5 Works, D5 accounts, subscription services, or other D5 products and services.

二、插件使用与授权边界

II. Use of Plugins and Scope of License

1. 在您遵守本协议及其他适用 D5 条款的前提下，D5 授予您一项有限的、非排他性的、不可转让的、不可再许可的、可撤销的使用许可，允许您在 D5 支持的设备、操作系统及第三方软件环境中安装和使用 D5 插件。

1. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and other applicable D5 terms, D5 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use D5 Plugins on devices, operating systems, and within third-party software environments supported by D5.

2. D5 插件仅可用于与 D5 渲染器或 D5 明确支持的其他 D5 产品和服务进行连接、同步、可视化或交互。未经 D5 事先书面许可，您不得将 D5 插件用于其他软件、平台、服务或商业系统，亦不得将其作为独立产品进行分发、销售或服务化提供。

2. D5 Plugins may only be used to connect, synchronize, visualize, or interact with D5 Render or other D5 products and services expressly supported by D5. Without D5's prior written consent, you may not use D5 Plugins for any other software, platform, service, or commercial system, nor may you distribute, sell, or provide them as a standalone product or service.

3. 安装或使用 D5 插件本身，并不当然构成对 D5 渲染器或其他 D5 产品的完整授权。您是否能够使用 D5 渲染器的特定功能、导出结果、商业使用相关输出或享有特定版本权益，仍取决于您是否依法取得相应 D5 产品、订阅版本或许可类型的有效授权。

3. The installation or use of D5 Plugins does not automatically constitute a full authorization to use D5 Render or any other D5 product. Whether you may use specific features of D5 Render, export results, commercially use related outputs, or enjoy specific version entitlements remains subject to whether you have lawfully obtained valid authorization for the corresponding D5 product, subscription plan, or license type.

4. D5 插件中的部分产品或基础功能可能免费提供，但免费提供并不当然表示您可免费使用该插件中的全部功能、增值功能、高级功能或相关 D5 产品权益。以 D5 Lite 为例，D5 Lite 本身可能免费提供，但 AI 等高级功能可能需要您取得相应 D5 会员或其他适用订阅、许可或权益。具体免费范围、付费功能、订阅要求、额度限制及使用条件，以 D5 官网、订阅页面、产品页面、产品内提示或 D5 另行公布的说明为准。

4. Certain products or basic features within D5 Plugins may be provided free of charge. However, free provision does not automatically mean that you may use all features, value-added features, premium features, or related D5 product entitlements within such plugin free of charge. For example, D5 Lite itself may be provided free of charge, but premium features such as AI features may require you to obtain the corresponding D5 membership or other applicable subscription, license, or entitlement. The specific free scope, paid features, subscription requirements, quota limits, and conditions of use shall be subject to D5's official website, subscription pages, product pages, in-product notices, or other descriptions separately published by D5.

5. 您通过 D5 插件在第三方软件中触发、调用、同步或传输至 D5 渲染器或其他 D5 产品的任何操作，均可能构成对相应 D5 产品及相关服务的使用行为，并应同时遵守《D5 服务通用条款》《D5 渲染器用户协议》《D5会员订阅协议》等订阅规则、产品说明、功能限制及其他相关条款。

5. Any operation that you trigger, call, synchronize, or transmit to D5 Render or other D5 products through D5 Plugins within third-party software may constitute use of the corresponding D5 products and related services, and shall also be subject to the D5 General Terms of Service, the D5 Render Terms of Service, the D5 Membership Subscription Agreement, and other subscription rules, product descriptions, feature limitations, and relevant terms.

6. 您不得利用 D5 插件规避、削弱、破解、绕过或干扰 D5 渲染器、D5 账户、订阅服务或其他 D5 产品中的授权机制、技术保护措施、访问控制、功能限制、设备限制、额度限制或许可管理规则。

6. You may not use D5 Plugins to circumvent, weaken, crack, bypass, or interfere with any authorization mechanism, technical protection measure, access control, feature limitation, device limitation, quota limitation, or license management rule in D5 Render, D5 accounts, subscription services, or any other D5 product.

三、第三方软件关系与用户责任

III． Relationship with Third-Party Software and User Responsibilities

1. D5 插件需在特定第三方软件、操作系统、硬件设备及 D5 产品版本环境中运行。您应自行确保您对第三方软件、操作系统、硬件设备及相关插件、脚本或扩展的使用符合其相应许可协议、使用条款、技术要求及适用法律法规。

1. D5 Plugins need to run within specific third-party software, operating systems, hardware devices, and D5 product version environments. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party software, operating systems, hardware devices, and related plugins, scripts, or extensions complies with their respective license agreements, terms of use, technical requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

2. D5 插件仅在 D5 明确支持的第三方软件版本、操作系统、硬件设备、显卡、驱动程序及其他系统环境中提供或测试。D5 可能通过官网、下载页面、产品页面、帮助中心、产品内提示或更新说明公布当前支持的软件版本、系统要求和硬件要求。您理解并同意，未满足相关系统要求或使用未受支持环境，可能导致 D5 插件无法安装、无法运行、性能下降、功能受限或结果异常。

2. D5 Plugins are provided or tested only for third-party software versions, operating systems, hardware devices, graphics cards, drivers, and other system environments expressly supported by D5. D5 may publish the currently supported software versions, system requirements, and hardware requirements through its official website, download pages, product pages, help center, in-product notices, or update notes. You understand and agree that failure to meet the relevant system requirements or use of an unsupported environment may result in D5 Plugins failing to install or run, reduced performance, limited functionality, or abnormal results.

3. 您理解并同意，D5 无法控制第三方软件的版本更新、接口调整、API 变更、功能限制、许可政策变化、技术架构变化，或其与其他插件、脚本、扩展之间的兼容性。因此，因第三方软件或第三方环境变化导致 D5 插件部分或全部功能无法正常下载、安装、运行、同步、调用、显示或继续支持的，D5 不承担由此产生的责任，但法律另有强制性规定的除外。

3. You understand and agree that D5 cannot control third-party software version updates, interface adjustments, API changes, feature limitations, changes to licensing policies, changes to technical architecture, or compatibility with other plugins, scripts, or extensions. Therefore, where any change to third-party software or a third-party environment causes any part or all of the functions of D5 Plugins to be unable to be properly downloaded, installed, operated, synchronized, called, displayed, or continuously supported, D5 shall not be liable for any resulting liability, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law.

4. 您不得通过 D5 插件从事任何违反第三方软件许可协议、侵犯第三方知识产权、破坏第三方软件正常运行、绕过第三方软件技术限制或违反适用法律法规的行为。因您违反第三方软件条款或法律法规而引发的任何索赔、争议、损失或责任，应由您自行承担。

4. You may not use D5 Plugins to engage in any conduct that violates the license agreement of any third-party software, infringes any third party's intellectual property rights, disrupts the normal operation of third-party software, bypasses any technical restriction of third-party software, or violates applicable laws and regulations. Any claims, disputes, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of third-party software terms or laws and regulations shall be borne by you.

四、官方渠道、版本更新与技术支持

IV. Official Channels, Version Updates, and Technical Support

1. 您应通过 D5 官方网站、D5 官方产品页面、D5 渲染器内置更新渠道、D5 官方认可的应用市场或其他 D5 明确认可的渠道获取 D5 插件。对于您通过非官方渠道获取的插件版本、被篡改版本、破解版本、未经授权修改版本或来源不明版本，D5 不承担任何责任。

1. You should obtain D5 Plugins through D5's official website, D5's official product pages, the built-in update channels of D5 Render, application marketplaces officially recognized by D5, or other channels expressly recognized by D5. D5 assumes no responsibility for any plugin version, tampered version, cracked version, unauthorized modified version, or version of unknown origin that you obtain through unofficial channels.

2. D5 可能根据产品规划、功能迭代、安全修复、兼容性维护或第三方软件环境变化，不时发布 D5 插件的更新版本。更新可能由您手动完成，也可能在合理提示后自动完成，具体以产品功能和系统设置为准。

2. D5 may, from time to time, release updated versions of D5 Plugins based on product planning, feature iterations, security fixes, compatibility maintenance, or changes in third-party software environments. Updates may be completed manually by you or automatically after reasonable notice, depending on the product features and system settings.

3. D5 不保证对 D5 插件的所有历史版本、第三方软件历史版本、操作系统历史版本或已停止维护版本持续提供技术支持、兼容性维护或安全更新。为获得较佳性能、安全性和兼容性，D5 建议您使用 D5 官方发布的最新版本插件、D5 产品及受支持的第三方软件版本。

3. D5 does not guarantee continued technical support, compatibility maintenance, or security updates for all historical versions of D5 Plugins, historical versions of third-party software, historical versions of operating systems, or versions that have ceased to be maintained. To achieve better performance, security, and compatibility, D5 recommends that you use the latest officially released versions of D5 Plugins, D5 products, and supported third-party software versions.

4. D5 有权根据产品规划、技术可行性、第三方软件变化、安全风险、法律合规要求或商业安排，调整、中止或停止提供部分 D5 插件、特定版本插件或特定第三方软件环境下的支持服务。D5 将在合理可行范围内通过官网公告、产品提示、更新说明或其他合理方式进行说明。

4. D5 has the right to adjust, suspend, or discontinue the provision of certain D5 Plugins, specific plugin versions, or support services for specific third-party software environments based on product planning, technical feasibility, changes to third-party software, security risks, legal compliance requirements, or commercial arrangements. D5 will provide explanations within a reasonably practicable scope through official website announcements, product notices, update notes, or other reasonable means.

五、数据同步、特定插件功能与技术限制

V. Data Synchronization, Specific Plugin Features, and Technical Limitations

1. D5 插件仅在技术可行及 D5 支持的范围内实现数据同步、模型联动、场景更新、实时可视化、AI 辅助视觉表达或其他功能调用。其中，AI 辅助视觉表达或 AI 生成、调整相关功能仅适用于 D5 Lite 或 D5 另行明确说明包含 AI 功能的插件型产品。D5 不保证 D5 插件与所有第三方软件版本、操作系统环境、硬件配置、驱动程序、第三方插件、脚本、扩展或项目文件均完全兼容。

1. D5 Plugins implement data synchronization, model interoperation, scene updates, real-time visualization, AI-assisted visual expression, or other function calls only to the extent technically feasible and supported by D5. Among them, AI-assisted visual expression or AI generation or adjustment-related features apply only to D5 Lite or other plugin-type products expressly indicated by D5 as containing AI features. D5 does not guarantee that D5 Plugins will be fully compatible with all third-party software versions, operating system environments, hardware configurations, drivers, third-party plugins, scripts, extensions, or project files.

2. 您理解并同意，由于第三方软件的数据结构、模型层级、材质参数、贴图路径、相机设置、灯光信息、单位设置、渲染逻辑、对象命名规则、项目文件状态、第三方插件冲突、系统环境差异或用户操作差异，D5 插件在同步、联动、可视化或调用过程中可能出现同步失败、同步延迟、显示异常、材质或贴图偏差、对象丢失、模型位置或比例偏差、数据丢失、结果不一致或其他技术问题。

2. You understand and agree that, due to the data structure, model hierarchy, material parameters, texture paths, camera settings, lighting information, unit settings, rendering logic, object naming rules, project file status, third-party plugin conflicts, system environment differences, or user operation differences of third-party software, D5 Plugins may encounter synchronization failures, synchronization delays, display abnormalities, material or texture deviations, object loss, model position or scale deviations, data loss, inconsistent results, or other technical issues during synchronization, interoperation, visualization, or function calls.

3. 对于 D5 Lite 或 D5 另行明确说明包含 AI 功能的其他插件型产品，您理解并同意，AI 功能可能基于您的模型、场景、视角、提示词、材质、灯光或其他输入内容生成、调整或展示视觉结果。相关结果可能因模型复杂度、输入内容、系统环境、AI 模型能力、渲染设置或产品版本差异而存在不准确、不完整、不稳定、风格偏差、细节偏差或与最终 D5 渲染器输出不一致的情况。相关结果主要用于设计探索、概念表达、方案比较或视觉参考，除非 D5 另有明确说明，不应被视为对最终渲染效果、工程准确性、商业成果或专业判断的保证。

3. For D5 Lite or other plugin-type products expressly indicated by D5 as containing AI features, you understand and agree that AI features may generate, adjust, or display visual results based on your models, scenes, viewpoints, prompts, materials, lighting, or other input content. Such results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unstable, subject to style deviations or detail deviations, or inconsistent with the final output of D5 Render due to differences in model complexity, input content, system environment, AI model capabilities, rendering settings, or product versions. Such results are mainly intended for design exploration, conceptual expression, proposal comparison, or visual reference and, unless otherwise expressly stated by D5, should not be regarded as a guarantee of final rendering effects, engineering accuracy, commercial outcomes, or professional judgment.

4. 您应在使用 D5 插件进行同步、更新、覆盖、导入、导出、项目同步、版本管理，或使用 D5 Lite 进行 AI 生成、AI 调整等可能影响项目文件或输出结果的操作前，自行对相关项目文件、模型数据、材质资源和其他重要内容进行备份。因您未及时备份、误操作、项目文件异常、第三方软件异常或非 D5 可控原因导致的数据丢失、项目损坏或工作成果损失，D5 不承担责任，但法律另有强制性规定的除外。

4. Before using D5 Plugins to perform operations that may affect project files or output results, including synchronization, updates, overwriting, import, export, project synchronization, version management, or using D5 Lite for AI generation or AI adjustment, you should back up the relevant project files, model data, material resources, and other important content on your own. D5 shall not be liable for any data loss, project damage, or loss of work product caused by your failure to back up in a timely manner, misoperation, abnormal project files, abnormalities in third-party software, or causes beyond D5's control, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law.

5. D5 插件按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。除非法律另有强制性规定，D5 不对 D5 插件的连续可用、无错误运行、完全兼容、完全安全、满足您特定需求或达到特定商业结果作出任何明示或默示保证。

5. D5 Plugins are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law, D5 makes no express or implied warranty that D5 Plugins will be continuously available, error-free, fully compatible, fully secure, meet your specific needs, or achieve any specific commercial result.

六、知识产权

VI. Intellectual Property Rights

1. D5 插件及其所有副本、相关文档、界面、结构、逻辑、代码、技术方案、功能设计、名称、商标、标识、图形、文本、显示界面和其他内容，其所有权、知识产权及相关权益均归 D5 或其许可方所有。

1. D5 Plugins and all copies thereof, related documentation, interfaces, structures, logic, code, technical solutions, functional designs, names, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, display interfaces, and other content are owned by D5 or its licensors, including all ownership rights, intellectual property rights, and related interests therein.

2. 本协议并未向您转让 D5 插件或其中任何知识产权。除本协议明确授予的有限使用许可外，D5 及其许可方保留全部权利。

2. This Agreement does not transfer to you any D5 Plugin or any intellectual property rights therein. Except for the limited license expressly granted under this Agreement, D5 and its licensors reserve all rights.

3. 您在使用 D5 插件过程中创建、导入、同步或处理的模型、场景、项目文件、设计内容及其他用户内容，其权属不因使用 D5 插件本身而发生转移。但您应确保该等内容的使用符合适用法律法规、第三方权利限制、D5 相关条款以及您所适用的 D5 产品授权范围。

3. The ownership of models, scenes, project files, design content, and other user content that you create, import, synchronize, or process during your use of D5 Plugins will not be transferred merely because you use D5 Plugins. However, you shall ensure that your use of such content complies with applicable laws and regulations, third-party rights restrictions, relevant D5 terms, and the scope of authorization for the applicable D5 products.

4. 就 AI 功能涉及的提示词、输入内容、输出内容及相关权利安排，依本协议序言及第十一条的指引适用《D5 渲染器用户协议》及相关 AI 功能专项规则。

4. With respect to prompts, input content, output content, and related rights arrangements involving AI features, the D5 Render Terms of Service and relevant special rules for AI features shall apply in accordance with the guidance set forth in the preamble and Article 11 of this Agreement.

七、数据与隐私

VII. Data and Privacy

1. 为实现 D5 插件的安装、运行、授权校验、版本更新、数据同步、模型联动、问题诊断、安全保护和产品改进，D5 插件可能在本地设备、第三方软件环境、D5 客户端或相关服务环境中读取、处理或传输必要的数据，包括但不限于模型数据、场景信息、对象属性、材质信息、贴图路径、相机或灯光参数、插件版本、D5 产品版本、第三方软件版本、设备环境信息、错误日志和使用状态信息。

1. To enable the installation, operation, license verification, version updates, data synchronization, model interoperation, issue diagnosis, security protection, and product improvement of D5 Plugins, D5 Plugins may read, process, or transmit necessary data on local devices, within third-party software environments, in the D5 client, or in relevant service environments. Such data may include, without limitation, model data, scene information, object attributes, material information, texture paths, camera or lighting parameters, plugin versions, D5 product versions, third-party software versions, device environment information, error logs, and usage status information.

2. 就含 AI 功能的插件型产品，为实现实时可视化、AI 辅助视觉表达、设计方案探索、项目同步、版本历史或相关功能，D5 插件还可能根据您的操作读取、处理或传输必要的文本、图像、文件、提示词、AI 生成或调整的视觉结果、历史版本记录及其他相关数据。

2. For plugin-type products containing AI features, in order to enable real-time visualization, AI-assisted visual expression, design proposal exploration, project synchronization, version history, or related functions, D5 Plugins may also, based on your operations, read, process, or transmit necessary text, images, files, prompts, AI-generated or AI-adjusted visual results, historical version records, and other related data.

3. 一般情况下，实时同步插件的数据同步或本地联动功能主要在您的本地设备、第三方软件与 D5 渲染器客户端或其他适用 D5 产品之间运行。若您主动使用 D5 账户、授权校验、云端服务、协作功能、云渲染、素材服务、项目同步、问题反馈、崩溃报告、自动更新或其他需要网络连接的功能，相关数据可能根据您的操作、产品功能需要或安全合规要求传输至 D5 或 D5 的服务提供商。

3. In general, the data synchronization or local interoperation features of real-time synchronization plugins primarily operate among your local device, third-party software, and the D5 Render client or other applicable D5 products. If you actively use D5 account services, license verification, cloud services, collaboration features, cloud rendering, asset services, project synchronization, issue feedback, crash reports, automatic updates, or other features that require a network connection, relevant data may be transmitted to D5 or D5's service providers based on your operations, product functional needs, or security and compliance requirements.

4. 就 AI 功能涉及的输入内容、输出内容、AI 内容处理、第三方服务提供商处理、数据保护及保留期限等事项，依本协议序言及第十一条的指引适用《D5 渲染器用户协议》。

4. With respect to input content, output content, AI content processing, processing by third-party service providers, data protection, retention periods, and other matters involving AI features, the D5 Render Terms of Service shall apply in accordance with the guidance set forth in the preamble and Article 11 of this Agreement.

5. D5 对个人信息的处理将遵守适用的《D5 隐私政策》。涉及 D5 渲染器、D5 账户、订阅服务、云端功能、AI 功能或其他 D5 服务的数据处理，还应同时适用相应的产品条款、专项条款、隐私政策、产品说明或功能提示。

5. D5's processing of personal information shall comply with the applicable D5 Privacy Policy. Data processing involving D5 Render, D5 accounts, subscription services, cloud features, AI features, or other D5 services shall also be subject to the corresponding product terms, special terms, privacy policies, product descriptions, or feature notices.

6. 您应确保您通过 D5 插件读取、同步、传输、导入、导出、生成或处理的模型、项目、素材、文件、提示词、视觉结果及其他内容具有合法来源，并且您拥有必要的权利、许可或授权。您不得通过 D5 插件处理、传输、生成、发布或使用任何违法、侵权、涉密、违反第三方权利、违反公序良俗或违反适用法律法规的内容。

6. You shall ensure that the models, projects, assets, files, prompts, visual results, and other content that you read, synchronize, transmit, import, export, generate, or process through D5 Plugins have lawful sources and that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or authorizations. You may not process, transmit, generate, publish, or use through D5 Plugins any content that is illegal, infringing, confidential, in violation of third-party rights, contrary to public order and good morals, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

八、禁止行为

VIII. Prohibited Conduct

未经 D5 事先书面许可，您不得实施或协助他人实施以下行为：

Without D5's prior written consent, you may not engage in, or assist others in engaging in, any of the following conduct:

1. 对 D5 插件进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编、拆解、解密、抓取、复制其核心功能或以其他方式试图获取其源代码、底层结构、算法、接口逻辑或技术实现；

1. reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, dismantling, decrypting, scraping, copying the core functions of, or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code, underlying structure, algorithms, interface logic, or technical implementation of any D5 Plugin;

2. modifying, translating, adapting, tampering with, merging, splitting, removing, hiding, or circumventing any copyright notice, trademark, technical protection measure, license verification mechanism, access control, feature limitation, or quota limitation in any D5 Plugin;

3. 将 D5 插件单独或与其他软件、硬件、平台、服务组合后进行出租、出借、转售、再许可、托管、外包、商业分发、镜像分发或作为服务向第三方提供；

3. renting, lending, reselling, sublicensing, hosting, outsourcing, commercially distributing, mirror-distributing, or providing any D5 Plugin as a service to any third party, whether separately or in combination with other software, hardware, platforms, or services;

4. 使用 D5 插件开发、训练、测试、提供或支持与 D5 产品构成竞争的产品、服务、插件、同步工具、AI 工具或类似功能，法律明确允许且不得通过协议限制的情形除外；

4. using D5 Plugins to develop, train, test, provide, or support any product, service, plugin, synchronization tool, AI tool, or similar feature that competes with D5 products, except where expressly permitted by law and not subject to contractual restriction;

5. 利用 D5 插件实施侵犯 D5 或第三方合法权益、破坏软件正常运行、干扰网络安全、规避授权限制、批量自动化调用、恶意测试、违法传输数据或其他违反法律法规、公序良俗或 D5 相关条款的行为；

5. using D5 Plugins to infringe the lawful rights and interests of D5 or any third party, disrupt the normal operation of software, interfere with network security, circumvent authorization restrictions, conduct bulk automated calls, perform malicious testing, unlawfully transmit data, or engage in any other conduct that violates laws and regulations, public order and good morals, or relevant D5 terms;

6. 在未取得合法授权的第三方软件、破解软件、盗版软件、未经授权修改的软件环境中使用 D5 插件，或利用 D5 插件协助该等软件运行、分发或商业使用；

6. using D5 Plugins in any unauthorized third-party software, cracked software, pirated software, or unauthorized modified software environment, or using D5 Plugins to assist the operation, distribution, or commercial use of such software;

7. 不得以自动化脚本、机器人、批量调用、接口抓取、异常并发、规避额度限制、共享账号或其他非正常方式使用 D5 插件中的任何功能或服务能力，包括但不限于同步、授权校验、AI、渲染、生成等。

7. using any functions or service capabilities of D5 Plugins, including without limitation synchronization, license verification, AI, rendering, or generation, through automated scripts, bots, bulk calls, interface scraping, abnormal concurrency, quota circumvention, account sharing, or other abnormal means;

8. 不得使用 D5 Lite 或 D5 另行明确说明包含 AI 功能的其他插件型产品中的 AI 功能，生成、处理、传播、展示或使用违法、侵权、虚假有害、违反公序良俗、侵犯他人合法权益、违反 D5 相关条款或适用法律法规的内容。

8. using AI features in D5 Lite or other plugin-type products expressly indicated by D5 as containing AI features to generate, process, disseminate, display, or use any content that is illegal, infringing, false and harmful, contrary to public order and good morals, infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others, or in violation of relevant D5 terms or applicable laws and regulations.

九、责任限制

IX. Limitation of Liability

1. 在法律允许的最大范围内， D5 不对因以下原因导致的任何损失、责任、索赔或争议承担责任：

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, D5 shall not be liable for any loss, liability, claim, or dispute arising from:

（1）第三方软件、操作系统、硬件、驱动程序、第三方插件、脚本或扩展的缺陷、更新、限制、冲突或不兼容；

(1) defects, updates, restrictions, conflicts, or incompatibility of third-party software, operating systems, hardware, drivers, third-party plugins, scripts, or extensions;

（2）第三方软件接口、API、许可政策、技术架构或商业安排的调整；

(2) adjustments to the interfaces, APIs, licensing policies, technical architecture, or commercial arrangements of third-party software;

（3）您使用非官方渠道获取的插件版本、未经授权修改版本、破解版本、旧版本或已停止维护版本；

(3) plugin versions obtained by you through unofficial channels, unauthorized modified versions, cracked versions, old versions, or versions that have ceased to be maintained;

（4）您未按 D5 官方说明、产品文档、更新提示或合理操作规范使用 D5 插件；

(4) your failure to use D5 Plugins in accordance with D5's official instructions, product documentation, update notices, or reasonable operating practices;

（5）您未及时备份项目文件、模型数据、材质资源或其他重要内容；

(5) your failure to back up project files, model data, material resources, or other important content in a timely manner;

（6）您输入、同步、生成、处理或使用的模型、项目、素材、文件或其他内容存在违法、侵权、错误、不完整或不适当情形；

(6) any illegal, infringing, erroneous, incomplete, or inappropriate circumstances relating to the models, projects, assets, files, or other content that you input, synchronize, generate, process, or use;

（7）就 D5 Lite 或 D5 另行明确说明包含 AI 功能的其他插件型产品而言，您提交的提示词、输入内容或生成、调整、使用的视觉结果存在违法、侵权、错误、不完整、不适当情形，或 AI 功能、实时可视化功能产生的结果存在偏差、不准确、不完整、不稳定、风格偏差或不符合您预期；

(7) with respect to D5 Lite or other plugin-type products expressly indicated by D5 as containing AI features, any illegal, infringing, erroneous, incomplete, or inappropriate circumstances relating to the prompts, input content, or visual results that you submit, generate, adjust, or use, or any deviation, inaccuracy, incompleteness, instability, style deviation, or failure to meet your expectations in results produced by AI features or real-time visualization features;

（8）网络故障、设备故障、系统环境异常、安全事件、不可抗力或其他非 D5 合理可控原因。

(8) network failures, device failures, abnormal system environments, security incidents, force majeure events, or other causes not reasonably controllable by D5.

2. 在法律允许的最大范围内，D5 不对任何间接损失、附带损失、特殊损失、惩罚性损失、利润损失、商誉损失、业务中断、数据丢失、项目文件损坏、替代服务采购成本或任何后果性损失承担责任。

2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, D5 shall not be liable for any indirect loss, incidental loss, special loss, punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, data loss, project file damage, costs of procuring substitute services, or any consequential loss.

3. 在任何情况下，在法律允许的最大范围内，D5 因 D5 插件相关事项向您承担的责任总额，不超过您就与该 D5 插件相关的 D5 产品在责任发生前十二个月内实际向 D5 支付的费用。如相关 D5 插件为免费提供，则 D5 对该插件本身不承担超出法律强制要求范围的赔偿责任。

3. In any event, to the maximum extent permitted by law, D5's total liability to you for matters related to D5 Plugins shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to D5 for the D5 product related to the relevant D5 Plugin during the twelve months preceding the occurrence of the liability. If the relevant D5 Plugin is provided free of charge, D5 shall not assume any compensation liability for the plugin itself beyond the scope mandatorily required by law.

十、终止

X. Termination

1. 如您违反本协议、《D5 服务通用条款》《D5 渲染器用户协议》或其他适用 D5 条款，D5 有权在法律允许的范围内立即暂停或终止您对 D5 插件的使用权，并采取限制访问、停止更新、停用相关功能、要求卸载或其他合理措施。

1.If you violate this Agreement, the D5 General Terms of Service, the D5 Render Terms of Service, or other applicable D5 terms, D5 has the right, to the extent permitted by law, to immediately suspend or terminate your right to use D5 Plugins and to take measures including restricting access, stopping updates, disabling relevant features, requiring uninstallation, or other reasonable measures.

2. 本协议终止后，您对 D5 插件的使用权立即终止。您应立即停止使用 D5 插件，并从您的设备中卸载、删除 D5 插件及其副本；如 D5 合理要求，您应提供已完成前述事项的书面确认。

2. Upon termination of this Agreement, your right to use D5 Plugins shall immediately terminate. You shall immediately stop using D5 Plugins and uninstall and delete D5 Plugins and their copies from your devices. If reasonably requested by D5, you shall provide written confirmation that the foregoing actions have been completed.

3. 本协议终止不当然影响您在终止前已根据适用 D5 产品条款和有效授权合法取得的输出内容使用权，但法律、协议、具体授权或 D5 相关条款另有约定的除外。

3. Termination of this Agreement shall not automatically affect your right to use output content that you lawfully obtained before termination under applicable D5 product terms and valid authorization, unless otherwise provided by law, agreement, specific authorization, or relevant D5 terms.

4. 本协议中关于知识产权、用户责任、禁止行为、数据与隐私、免责声明、责任限制、争议解决、效力顺序及其他依其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款，在本协议终止后继续有效。

4. Provisions of this Agreement relating to intellectual property rights, user responsibilities, prohibited conduct, data and privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, order of precedence, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to remain effective after termination of this Agreement.

十一、效力顺序与条款冲突

XI. Order of Precedence and Conflicts

1. 本协议属于《D5 服务通用条款》项下的专项条款。就 D5 插件的下载、安装、运行、更新、使用、与第三方软件的交互、数据同步、实时可视化、AI 辅助功能、兼容性、技术限制及相关责任事项，如本协议与《D5 服务通用条款》或《D5 渲染器用户协议》存在不一致，以本协议为准。

1. This Agreement constitutes special terms under the D5 General Terms of Service. With respect to the download, installation, operation, update, and use of D5 Plugins, interaction with third-party software, data synchronization, real-time visualization, AI-assisted features, compatibility, technical limitations, and related liability matters, if this Agreement is inconsistent with the D5 General Terms of Service or the D5 Render Terms of Service, this Agreement shall prevail.

2. 对于本协议未明确约定的事项，仍应适用《D5 服务通用条款》《D5 渲染器用户协议》《D5会员订阅协议》、隐私政策、产品说明、功能提示及其他相关专项条款。

2. Matters not expressly provided for in this Agreement shall remain subject to the D5 General Terms of Service, the D5 Render Terms of Service, the D5 Membership Subscription Agreement, privacy policies, product descriptions, feature notices, and other relevant special terms.

3. 如您通过 D5 插件使用 D5 渲染器、D5 账户、D5 云端服务、D5 Works或其他 D5 产品和服务，相关产品和服务的使用仍应遵守其各自适用的条款。本协议不改变该等条款对相关产品和服务的适用。

3. If you use D5 Render, D5 accounts, D5 cloud services, D5 Works, or other D5 products and services through D5 Plugins, your use of the relevant products and services shall remain subject to their respective applicable terms. This Agreement does not change the applicability of such terms to the relevant products and services.

4. 就含 AI 功能的插件型产品，除本协议外，D5 通过官网、产品页面、订阅页面、产品内提示或其他合理方式公布的功能说明、使用限制、授权规则、AI 功能规则及其他专项条款亦应适用。就其中包含或调用的 AI 功能，如本协议与《D5 渲染器用户协议》中关于 AI 功能、AI 内容、输入内容、输出内容、内容处理、第三方服务提供商处理、准确性与依赖责任、数据保护或保留期限的约定存在不一致，以《D5 渲染器用户协议》及相关 AI 功能规则就该等 AI 功能的具体约定为准；就插件的安装、运行、同步、兼容性及插件本身许可事项，仍以本协议为准。

4. For plugin-type products containing AI features, in addition to this Agreement, feature descriptions, usage restrictions, authorization rules, AI feature rules, and other special terms published by D5 through its official website, product pages, subscription pages, in-product notices, or other reasonable means shall also apply. With respect to AI features contained in or called by such products, if this Agreement is inconsistent with the D5 Render Terms of Service regarding AI features, AI content, input content, output content, content processing, processing by third-party service providers, accuracy and reliance liability, data protection, or retention periods, the specific provisions of the D5 Render Terms of Service and relevant AI feature rules regarding such AI features shall prevail. With respect to the installation, operation, synchronization, compatibility, and licensing matters of the plugin itself, this Agreement shall prevail.

5. 本协议中涉及具体功能范围、支持的第三方软件及系统要求、订阅权益、付费功能、额度限制、使用条件等具体说明的，均以 D5 官网、产品页面、订阅页面、产品内提示或 D5 另行公布的说明为准。

5. Any specific descriptions in this Agreement relating to the scope of specific features, supported third-party software and system requirements, subscription entitlements, paid features, quota limits, conditions of use, and similar matters shall be subject to D5's official website, product pages, subscription pages, in-product notices, or other descriptions separately published by D5.

十二、法律适用、争议解决与语言

XII. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Language

1. 本协议的法律适用、争议解决、通知、条款变更及其他未尽事项，按照《D5 服务通用条款》的相关约定执行。

1. The governing law, dispute resolution, notices, changes to terms, and other matters not covered in this Agreement shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the D5 General Terms of Service.

2. 如本协议存在中文、英文或其他语言版本，除非 D5 另有明确说明，不同语言版本之间存在不一致或冲突的，以中文版本为准。

2. If this Agreement is available in Chinese, English, or other language versions, unless otherwise expressly stated by D5, in the event of any inconsistency or conflict among different language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
